Akash Madhwal Biography
Akash Madhwal was born on 25 November 1993 in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. His father’s name is Ghana Nand, and he used to work in the MES wing of the Army in Roorkee. His mother’s name is Asha. He has a brother named Ashish.
He did his schooling at Roorkee Public Senior Secondary School, Uttarakhand. After that, he did BTech in civil engineering from the College of Engineering Roorkee (COER) in 2016. (1)
Career
He plays for Uttarakhand in domestic cricket.
On 8 November 2019, he made his T20 debut for Uttarakhand in the 2019–20 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He made his first-class debut for Uttarakhand in the 2019–20 Ranji Trophy on 25 December 2019.
On 21 February 2021, he made his List A debut for Uttarakhand in the 2020–21 Vijay Hazare Trophy.
Indian Premier League {IPL}
In 2022, he was bought by the Mumbai Indians in the auction for the 2022 Indian Premier League tournament. Unfortunately, he did not get a chance to play in a single IPL match.
He made his IPL debut in 2023 for Mumbai Indians.
